Guangxi Wuzhou Communications Issues Medium-Term Notes Worth 200 Million Yuan
Guangxi Wuzhou Communications Co (SHA:600368) issued the three-year medium-term notes of 200 million yuan on Sept. 15, according to a Thursday filing to the Shanghai stock exchange.The notes carry an interest rate of 1.73% and are scheduled to mature Sept. 16, 2029, the infrastructure and transportation company said.The company received compliant subscription orders from 16 investors totaling 1.26 billion yuan, with subscription rates ranging from 1.68% to 2.05%. Of these there were five valid orders amounting to 200 million yuan.
