Zhejiang Orient Financial Completes Purchase of Additional 4% Stake in Rural Bank
Zhejiang Orient Financial Holdings (SHA:600120) completed the purchase of an additional 4% stake in Hangzhou United Rural Commercial Bank for 928.9 million yuan, according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai bourse.The financial company bought 87.2 million shares at 10.65 yuan apiece.Zheijang Orient now holds 7.94% of the bank post-transaction.
