Zhejiang Orient Financial Holdings (SHA:600120) completed the purchase of an additional 4% stake in Hangzhou United Rural Commercial Bank for 928.9 million yuan, according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
The financial company bought 87.2 million shares at 10.65 yuan apiece.
Zheijang Orient now holds 7.94% of the bank post-transaction.

South Korea's main stock market, the Korea Exchange, will enable trading till 8 pm following the regular close at 3:30 pm from Monday, in its move toward 24-hour trading, Bloomberg News reported Sunday.This decision opens 2,400 Korea Composite Stock Price Index, or Kospi, and Kosdaq stocks for evening trades, which include short-selling.
