Huangshan Tourism Signs 3-Year Agreement for East Gate Visitor Center Operations
Huangshan Tourism Development (SHA:600054) signed an agreement to use the functional service area of Huangshan Scenic Area Management Committee's East Gate Visitor Center for three years, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Friday.Under the deal, the hotel and national park operator will bear the usage fee of almost 4 million yuan, but both parties will share costs after deduction of tenant-paid fees.The total annual cost is expected to amount to 8 million yuan.
