Huangshan Tourism Development (SHA:600054) signed an agreement to use the functional service area of Huangshan Scenic Area Management Committee's East Gate Visitor Center for three years, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Friday.
Under the deal, the hotel and national park operator will bear the usage fee of almost 4 million yuan, but both parties will share costs after deduction of tenant-paid fees.
The total annual cost is expected to amount to 8 million yuan.

China Bohai Bank (HKG:9668) completed the issuance of 9 billion yuan in tier 2 capital bonds in China's interbank bond market, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.Shares of the lender were up more than 1% in late morning trade on Friday.The bonds are 10-year fixed-rate notes with an issuer redemption option at the end of the fifth year and carry a coupon rate of 2.10%.The bank said proceeds from the issuance will be used entirely to replenish its tier 2 capital.
