TSH Gets SGX Nod to List New Shares
Liquor distributor TSH (SGX:KUH) has received the listing and quotation notice from the Singapore Exchange for the listing and quotation of 2.08 million shares on the Catalist of the bourse, according to a Thursday stock exchange filing.The listing is in relation to the proposed acquisition by the company's wholly-owned subsidiaries, Planet Spirits and The Other Roof, of certain assets from The Auld Alliance.The listing is subject to the company's compliance with SGX-ST requirements.
