Liquor distributor TSH (SGX:KUH) has received the listing and quotation notice from the Singapore Exchange for the listing and quotation of 2.08 million shares on the Catalist of the bourse, according to a Thursday stock exchange filing.
The listing is in relation to the proposed acquisition by the company's wholly-owned subsidiaries, Planet Spirits and The Other Roof, of certain assets from The Auld Alliance.
The listing is subject to the company's compliance with SGX-ST requirements.
Kawan Renergy (KLSE:KENERGY) unit Magenko Renewables (Ipoh) received approval from the Sustainable Energy Development Authority Malaysia for a 2.5-megawatt biomass power plant under the 2026 Feed-in Tariff system, according to a Thursday Malaysian bourse filing.The project has an installed capacity of 2.5 megawatts, and net export capacity of 2 megawatts. The Feed-in Tariff is scheduled to commence on Aug. 17, 2029, and run for 21 years.The basic tariff is 0.38 ringgit per kilowatt-hour for the first 10 years, and 0.288 ringgit per kilowatt-hour for the remaining period.The project will be financed through IPO proceeds and bank financing, it said.
SBI Holdings (TYO:8473) plans to purchase a 20% stake in Indonesia-based online brokerage Ajaib Group for $270 million by the end of August, making the latter an equity-method affiliate, Nikkei Asia reported Friday.Ajaib offers online brokerage, foreign-exchange margin trading, cryptocurrency and asset management services.
