A-Sonic Aerospace's Unit to Acquire 60% Stake in JGL Group for SG$15 Million
A-Sonic Aerospace's (SGX:BTJ) subsidiary, A-Sonic Logistics, signed a joint venture agreement with 3DC Solutions and three individual shareholders to acquire a 60% stake in JGL Group for SG$15.2 million, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.JGL Group provides integrated logistics solutions and has a presence across six countries.Under the agreement, A-Sonic Logistics will subscribe for 1.5 million shares for SG$6 million and acquire 2.4 million shares from the three shareholders for around SG$9.2 million.
