Willas-Array Forecasts Surge in H1 Profit
Willas-Array (SGX:BDR, HKG:0854) expects net profit of between HK$56.5 million and HK$66.5 million for the six months ended June 30, up from HK$20.7 million a year prior.Revenue is anticipated to rise 27% to 28% to between HK$1.47 million and HK$1.48 billion in the half year from HK$1.16 billion yuan, according to a Tuesday Singapore bourse filing.The electronic components distributor and trader attributed the profit forecast to an improvement in sales revenue amid a strong domestic demand for the electronic components segment, as well as exchange gains.
