Suntec REIT Names Chairman
Suntec Real Estate Investment Trust (SGX:T82U) appointed Chen Huaidan as its non-executive director and chairman, according to a Friday Singapore Exchange filing.Huaida brings decades of experience in the real estate sector, having previously held leadership roles at SingHaiyi Group (SGX:5H0) and Chip Eng Seng (SGX:C29).The REIT said the appointment is intended to strengthen the board and deepen its real estate expertise.
