Ying Li International Real Estate Awards 15-Year Commercial Management Contract
Ying Li International Real Estate (SGX:5DM) awarded a 15-year commercial operations management contract for a 47,380 square meter commercial podium for its Future International Property in China, to Chongqing Chongbai Technology.The tender, which was released by the company's subsidiary, Chongqing Yingli Real Estate Development, was closed with a winning bid amount of 155.7 million yuan.The contract will start from Oct. 1 and covers leasing agency services, daily operations management and marketing and renovation supervision.
