Octopus (APAC) (SGX:43A) signed an agreement with Spain's Grupo Osborne, to be the latter's principle distributor under a five-year mandate, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.Shares of the beverage company were up nearly 2% in Tuesday trading.Osborne has also made a SG$5 million strategic investment in the company, acquiring a 6.40% stake at SG$0.068 per share.Osborne has a portfolio of premium brands across 70 countries and manages more than 30 brands.
