Southern First Bancshares (SFST) said Friday it closed a public offering of over 1.2 million common shares at $54 apiece for gross proceeds of $65.2 million.The offering comprised 157,200 shares issued upon the exercise of an overallotment option by the underwriters, according to a statement.Net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, the company said.Price: $57.28, Change: $+2.16, Percent Change: +3.92%
