Takuni to Absorb Unit's Gas Sales Business
Takuni Group (SET:TAKUNI) plans to transfer the gas sales business of its unit, Takuni (Thailand), to the parent company, including commercial contracts and relevant personnel, according to a Tuesday filing.Takuni (Thailand) will continue its engineering operations, including technical energy system services, industrial energy gas installation, automotive LPG/NGV gas system design and installation, and gas system maintenance.The deal is subject to shareholder approval, it said.
