SPT X Extends Liberator Payment Deadline to Dec. 30
SPT X (SET:SPTX) extended the deadline for the purchaser of Liberator, to settle the remaining share purchase price, to Dec. 30 from Sept. 30.The purchaser has paid 50 million baht for the transfer of claims, with 154.1 million baht remaining on the share purchase price, and 122.9 million baht on the claims consideration.SPT X said the extension will postpone its payment for shares in Supertrader Republic, and investment in Learn Rocket, which are funded from the Liberator sale proceeds.
