PROEN Eyes Up to THB82 Million Via Rights Offering
PROEN (SET:PROEN) board approved the details of a rights offering of up to 98.1 million new shares at 0.84 baht each, potentially raising up to 82.4 million baht.The shares will be offered to existing shareholders at a ratio of four existing shares for one new share, according to a Thursday filing.The record date is Sept. 25, with subscriptions scheduled for Oct. 19 to Oct. 22, and Oct. 26.Proceeds will be used to invest in and develop data center business, including data storage and management services and solutions and software for public- and private-sector customers, by 2027, the filing said.
