Brooker's CFO Steps Down, Successor Named; Shares Jump 4%
Brooker Group's (SET:BTC) Chief Financial Officer Supanee Phongsuparbchon and Chief Accountant Orawan Sirichaiya will leave their respective positions effective Sept. 30, according to a Friday filing with the Thailand bourse.Shares of the financial consulting firm went up nearly 4% in Monday's morning trade.Orawan Sirichaiya will become CFO, effective Oct. 1, while Woraporn Saensawat will be appointed chief accountant on the same date.
