Bioscience Animal Health's Major Shareholder Sells 33% Stake
Bioscience Animal Health (SET:BIS) said major shareholder BIS has sold around 104.8 million ordinary shares of the company, amounting to 33.4% of the company's total issued and paid-up shares, according to a Thursday filing to the Thai stock exchange.The shares were sold to three individiual shareholders Phatcharee Nanthawatsiri, Sarawut Techasattaya and Rungnapa Tachasattaya and a at a price of 1.27 baht per share.With this transaction, the purchasers have crossed the threshold of 25% of the total voting rights of the company, and are required to make a mandatory tender offer for all securities.
