Bound And Beyond Closes Share Buyback Program After THB89 Million Repurchases
Bound And Beyond (SET:BEYOND) completed its share repurchase program after buying back 10.2 million shares, or 3.53% of its issued shares, for 88.9 million baht, according to a Tuesday filing with the Stock Exchange of Thailand.The company had approved a maximum budget of 250 million baht to repurchase up to 29 million shares, or 10% of issued shares, between Dec. 1, 2025 and May 31, 2026.Bound and Beyond said the repurchased shares will be disposed of after three months from the end of the program, subject to board approval. Any shares remaining undisposed of at the end of the applicable period will be canceled, it said.
