Bound And Beyond Closes Share Buyback Program After THB89 Million Repurchases

Bound And Beyond (SET:BEYOND) completed its share repurchase program after buying back 10.2 million shares, or 3.53% of its issued shares, for 88.9 million baht, according to a Tuesday filing with the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

The company had approved a maximum budget of 250 million baht to repurchase up to 29 million shares, or 10% of issued shares, between Dec. 1, 2025 and May 31, 2026.

Bound and Beyond said the repurchased shares will be disposed of after three months from the end of the program, subject to board approval. Any shares remaining undisposed of at the end of the applicable period will be canceled, it said.

Carimin Petroleum Raises Stake in Sealink International to 25.3%

Carimin Petroleum (KLSE:CARIMIN) acquired a 5.8% stake in Sealink International (KLSE:SEALINK) for 9.9 million ringgit in cash, according to a Tuesday filing with Bursa Malaysia.The acquisition involved 29.1 million shares bought at 0.34 ringgit each, between Sept. 18 and Sept. 22.Following the acquisition, Carimin's stake in Sealink rose to 25.3% from 19.5%, making Sealink an associate company.Carimin Petroleum said the acquisition was part of its ongoing investment strategy.The deal was funded through internally generated funds and does not require shareholder or regulatory approval, the filing said.
