AIM Commercial Growth Receives No Bids for UD Town Leasehold Rights
AIM Commercial Growth Freehold & Leasehold REIT (SET:AIMCG) said no parties submitted bids for the disposal of leasehold rights in its UD Town Project in Udon Thani, Thailand, during the bidding period ending Sept. 9.The REIT manager said Udon Plaza has expressed interest in acquiring the leasehold rights and would consider the proposal, according to a Thursday filing.Any disposal remains subject to required approvals and applicable laws, the REIT said.
