Advanced Info Service Forms New Subsidiary
Mobile services provider Advanced Info Service (SET:ADVANC) has established a new subsidiary to facilitate the structuring of the group's business operations, according to a Tuesday filing to the Thailand stock exchange.The company's shares were down nearly 1% in Wednesday's trade.The company will be formed with a registered capital of 1 million baht divided into 10,000 ordinary shares with a par value of 100 baht.The company holds 99.97% of the shares of the new subsidiary.
