Mobile services provider Advanced Info Service (SET:ADVANC) has established a new subsidiary to facilitate the structuring of the group's business operations, according to a Tuesday filing to the Thailand stock exchange.
The company's shares were down nearly 1% in Wednesday's trade.
The company will be formed with a registered capital of 1 million baht divided into 10,000 ordinary shares with a par value of 100 baht.
The company holds 99.97% of the shares of the new subsidiary.

Lakala Payment (SHE:300773) has decided to terminate its proposed secondary listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Exchange, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.The digital payment service provider initially approved the overseas listing plans in August and September 2025.However, due to changes in the market environment and adjustments to its plans, the board voted at a meeting on Tuesday to scrap the plan.
