Roland Mineral Enterprises (RME.V) has promoted Frank Garofalo as chief executive officer.He most recently served as vice president of business development. Garofalo will accelerate Roland's Venezuela mineral rights acquisition program, a statement said.Roland Mineral shares last traded on Sept. 23, closing at CA$0.23 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
