Quimbaya Gold Up 5.6% After Commencement of Drilling at Tahami Center Porphyry System
Quimbaya Gold (QIM.CN) share rose 5.6% on Monday after the company said it started drill testing at the Tahami Center copper, molybdenum and gold (Cu-Mo-Au) porphyry system in Colombia.Drill testing of the Tahami Center Cu-Mo-Au porphyry system started in late May. A confirmed 2.4 by 1.3 kilometer Cu-Mo-Au porphyry corridor, trending northwest-southeast, now enters drill testing.The company said four independent methods had converged on the same target, de-risking the program before the first hole was collared.
