Radius Residential Care Expands Debt Facilities by NZ$30 Million

Radius Residential Care (NZE:RAD) restructured and expanded its bank debt facilities with a new lending syndicate comprising Commonwealth Bank of Australia's (ASX:CBA) ASB Bank and the Bank of China New Zealand, increasing its available funding by NZ$30 million, according to a Monday filing with the New Zealand bourse.The updated financing package includes NZ$15 million for core debt and NZ$15 million for development projects to support the acquisition of a care home in Karori, Wellington, and a new development in Belfast, Christchurch, per the filing.The facilities have also been extended through June 30, 2029, with financing costs also reduced by an average of 65 basis points in margins and line fees, the filing added.

Radius Residential Care Posts Higher Fiscal 2026 Earnings, Revenue

Radius Residential Care (NZE:RAD) reported Wednesday fiscal 2026 earnings of NZ$0.0333 per share, up from NZ$0.0247 a year earlier.Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of NZ$0.04.Revenue and other income for the 12 months ended March 31 was NZ$205.5 million, compared with NZ$180.7 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected NZ$205.1 million.The company expects continued underlying growth in key financial metrics in fiscal 2027, further supported by the addition of Karori's 90 beds and 14 units to the portfolio from May 27.The board declared a final dividend of NZ$0.012 per share, up from NZ$0.008 a year earlier, payable June 11 to shareholders on record as of May 28.
