Oil Country Tubular's CFO Resigns; Shares Up 9%
Oil Country Tubular's (NSE:OILCOUNTUB, BOM:500313) chief financial officer and key managerial personnel, Lal Bahadur Shastry Gubba, has resigned from the company, effective April 23, according to a Friday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.Gubba resigned from the company to pursue a "better professional opportunity," the filing said.The company's shares were up over 9% in recent trade.
