Krystal Integrated Secures Order Worth INR1.38 billion for Rooftop Solar PV Systems; Shares Up 7%
Advait Krystal Solar Energy SPV, an associate company of Krystal Integrated Services (NSE:KRYSTAL, BOM:544149) has received a contract worth 1.38 billion Indian rupees from the Directorate of Medical Education & Research, Maharashtra, India, according to a Friday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.Krystal holds a 49% stake in the associate company.The contract is for the design, engineering, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and synchronizing power grid-connected rooftop solar photovoltaic systems on a build-own-operate-transfer model at various rooftops of government hospitals and medical colleges in Maharashtra, India.It also includes operations and maintenance of the projects for 25 years, along with attendant services.The company's shares were up 7% in recent trade.
