GMR Airports to Buy 49% Stake in Goa Airport Advertising Venture
GMR Airports Infrastructure (BOM:532754, NSE:GMRINFRA) agreed to acquire up to a 49% stake in TIM Goa Airport Advertising for up to 165.9 million rupees through equity, loans, or other convertible instruments, according to a Thursday exchange filing.TIM Goa Airport Advertising was incorporated in May 2025 and will operate the advertising business at Manohar International Airport in Mopa, Goa, after acquiring it from its parent company, Times Innovative Media, through a novation process.
