National CineMedia Completes Captivate Acquisition
National CineMedia (NCMI) said Monday it completed its acquisition of Captivate on Friday for an enterprise value of $275 million.The acquisition was funded through a first-lien term loan and cash on hand, the company said, adding that it also established a new $25 million revolving credit facility, of which $10 million was drawn at closing.Shares of National CineMedia were up 3.4% in early Monday trading.Price: $2.25, Change: $+0.08, Percent Change: +3.46%
