Logistic Properties Receives Regulatory Approval for $145 Million Sale of Peruvian Logistics Park
Logistic Properties of the Americas (LPA) said Friday that Peru's antitrust regulator has approved the company's $145 million sale of logistics park Parque Logistico Lima Sur to real estate investment trust FIBRA Prime.The company said INDECOPI's approval removes the last regulatory obstacle required to close the deal.Logistic Properties is on track to complete the transaction and redeploy the expected net proceeds of $85 million into Mexico, Chief Executive Esteban Saldarriaga said in a statement.Price: $3.19, Change: $+0.12, Percent Change: +3.91%
