SK REITS Plans KRW100 Billion Short-Term Bonds to Refinance Debt
SK REITS (KRX:395400) said its board agreed to raise 100 billion won to refinance electronic short-term bonds maturing Tuesday, according to a Monday filing with the Korean Exchange.The South Korean Trust said the new bonds, to be issued to refinance 100 billion won in electronic short-term bonds, will have an issue period between Sept. 8 and Dec. 8 and carry an annual interest rate of 3.73%.The borrowing represents 4.94% of its equity capital of 2.03 trillion won, and Korea Investment & Securities, SK Securities, Samsung Securities, NH Investment & Securities, KB Securities will act as underwriters.
