SK Reit to Lease SK Seorin Building in Seoul to SK Inc

SK Reit (KRX:395400) signed a five-year lease agreement for its SK Seorin Building in Seoul with SK Inc (KRX:034730) with an aim to generate rental income, according to a Tuesday filing with the Korea Exchange.

The building has an annual rent of 52.8 billion won, with the lease running from July 2026 to July 2031. The transaction value of the deal stood at 53.8 billion won, which included a 32.7 billion won security deposit, the filing said.
