Hyosung Chemical Provides KRW89.3 Billion Debt Guarantee for Hyosung Vina Chemicals
Hyosung Chemical (KRX:298000) decided to provide a debt guarantee of 89.3 billion won for its 51%-owned Hyosung Vina Chemicals, according to a bourse filing on Monday.The creditor is Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank and the decision was approved by the Management Committee on July 16.The one-year guarantee started July 17 and applies to the subsidiary's borrowing.
