HAESUNG DS to Buy Banwol Property for KRW68 Billion
HAESUNG DS (KRX:195870) will acquire land and buildings in South Korea's Banwol National Industrial Complex from affiliated company Keyang Electric for 68 billion won, according to a Friday filing.The property comprises 22,466 square meters of land and 21,820 square meters of buildings, the filing said.The acquisition aims to expand production infrastructure and secure a base in the Seoul metropolitan area, with completion scheduled for Nov. 11.
