Daehan Flour Mills Discloses Revised Fine Payment Schedule
Daehan Flour Mills (KRX:001130) filed a revised disclosure to update the imposition of fines related to a flour price-fixing case involving seven milling companies, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.The Korea Fair Trade Commission imposed a penalty surcharge of 112 billion won, equal to 11.1% of the company's equity capital of 1.009 trillion won as of end-2025.The company said the payment deadline was corrected and the obligation will be paid in six instalments, with the first due Sept. 17, 2026, and the last on Sept. 17, 2028.However, the payment order is suspended under a Seoul High Court stay of execution until 30 days after the ruling in the corrective order cancellation case.The company said it will respond in accordance with relevant laws and procedures and will re-disclose if there are major changes to the final amount.
