DL Holdings Secures KRW283.9 Billion Public Housing Construction Project in Incheon
DL Holdings (KRX:000210) secured a construction order worth 283.9 billion won from Korea Land and Housing Corporation, the builder said in a Friday corporate disclosure.Under the deal, the company will build apartment complexes with a total of 1,697 households, along with auxiliary welfare facilities in Osan 1BL, Incheon Geomdan AA31BL, and Incheon Yeongjong A-57BL and A-63BL.The contract is valid until March 31, 2030.Shares of DL Holdings rose nearly 1% at market close.
