Krait Critical Minerals Begins Trading on Frankfurt Stock Exchange
Krait Critical Minerals' (KRIT.CN) shares began trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol U0S, on Sept. 8, it said Thursday.The company's shares continue to trade in Canada on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol KRIT, it added."Germany has a large and active investment market, and our Frankfurt listing provides Krait with greater access to investors across Germany and the broader German-speaking European market," said Chief Executive Officer Oscar Mendoza. "We believe this increased accessibility will help expand our international shareholder base, strengthen Krait's visibility in Europe and introduce the Company to a new community of investors as we continue to advance our portfolio."Shares of the company were last seen unchanged at CA$0.95 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
