Huniverse Global Set to Become Cellid's Largest Shareholder Through Third-Party Rights Offering
Huniverse Global is set to become Cellid's (KOSDAQ:A299660) largest shareholder after signing a contract on Sept. 21 to acquire 4.8 million shares.The purchase of shares through a third-party allocated paid-in capital increase at 2,085 won per share amounted to nearly 10 billion won, according to a bourse filing on Monday.Upon completion of the capital increase payment on Nov. 9, Huniverse Global will replace the existing largest shareholder as Cellid's controlling shareholder.The newly issued shares will be subject to a one-year lock-up with the Korea Securities Depository, and details regarding the convertible bond investment will be disclosed upon future board resolution.
