Chabiotech Adjusts Conversion Price of Redeemable Convertible Preferred Stock to KRW11,301
Chabiotech (KOSDAQ:A085660) has adjusted the conversion price of its redeemable convertible preferred stock, issued on May 17, 2024, downward to 11,301 won from 16,144 won due to a decline in the market price.The adjusted price takes effect on Sept. 17, and no separate board resolution was required since the adjustment resulted from a market price decline, according to a bourse filing on Monday.The conversion price history includes prior adjustments to 12,245 won and 12,152 won in January for paid-in capital increases before the previously reported 16,144 won in February.
