Winstar Capital Lodges MYR300 Million Sukuk Murabahah Program
Winstar Capital (KLSE:WINSTAR) has lodged the required information and documents for the established of an Islamic Medium Term Bonds program of up to 300 million ringgit with the Securities Commission Malaysia, according to a Monday filing.The Sukuk Murabahah Program, which is structured under the Shariah principle, has a tenure of 30 years, the filing said.Proceeds will be used for investment activities and working capital needs.
