Tien Wah Press Concludes Disposal of Subsidiary
Tien Wah Press (KLSE:TIENWAH) has completed the disposal of subsidiary, Tien Wah Press Services, to Asia Regal Enterprises, according to a Monday filing with Bursa Malaysia.The packaging company said the disposal was carried out through its other subsidiary, Tien Wah Properties, and was completed for a cash consideration of 1 ringgit only.
