Perak Transit Seeks 10% Share Buyback Mandate; Shares Dip 4%
PePerak Transit (KLSE:PTRANS) is seeking its shareholders' approval to renew share buyback authority to purchase up to 10% of the issued shares in the company's upcoming annual general meeting, according to a Friday Malaysian bourse filing.Shares fell 4% in Monday's midday trade.The terminal operating company will share a statement containing details of the repurchase plan with shareholders in due time, it noted.
