Pestech International Secures Ad Interim Injunction Against SPECO in Civil Suit
Pestech International (KLSE:PESTECH) was granted an ad interim injunction by the Kuala Lumpur High Court, which restrains Shandong Power Equipment from enforcing and undated corporate guarantee, according to a Thursday Bursa Malaysia filing.The injunction will remain in effect until Oct. 9, when another hearing is scheduled.The civil suit was commenced by the company and its units, Enersol and Pestech against Shandong Power Equipment, Shandong Electrical Engineering & Equipment and certain former members of the company's management.
