Mulpha International (KLSE:MULPHA) unit Mulpha Strategic subscribed $7 million in SHK Latitude Alpha Fund on Sept. 1, according to a Wednesday Malaysian bourse filing.The investment was funded through internal funds and forms part of the group's broader portfolio.Mulpha International does not expect the investment to have a material impact on its financial year 2026 earnings per share, net assets per share or gearing.
