Mulpha International (KLSE:MULPHA) unit Mulpha Strategic subscribed $7 million in SHK Latitude Alpha Fund on Sept. 1, according to a Wednesday Malaysian bourse filing.
The investment was funded through internal funds and forms part of the group's broader portfolio.
Mulpha International does not expect the investment to have a material impact on its financial year 2026 earnings per share, net assets per share or gearing.

Viva Goods (HKG:0933) has purchased 29.6 million shares of Chinese sportswear giant Li Ning (HKG:2331) for HK$398.4 million as an investment, according to a Tuesday bourse filing.The company said it bought the shares through open market transactions at an average price of HK$13.45 apiece.Following the transaction, Viva's stakeholding in Li Ning rose to 16.9%, with ownership of 437.2 million shares.
