Mieco Chipboard Unit Closes Property Sale in Selangor, Malaysia
Mieco Chipboard's (KLSE:MIECO) unit Seng Yip Furniture completed the disposal of a property in Selangor, Malaysia, according to a Thursday filing with Bursa Malaysia.According to an earlier filing, Seng Yip Furniture had, on March 19, signed a conditional sale and purchase agreement with Jin Ye Ye for the disposal of two pieces of freehold industrial land and the buildings erected on them for 57 million ringgit.
