Mah Sing Shareholders Approve MYR274 Million Land Acquisition in Johor, Malaysia
Mah Sing Group (KLSE:MAHSING) shareholders approved the proposed acquisition of about 419.17 acres of freehold land in Johor, Malaysia, at an extraordinary general meeting on Wednesday.The land will be acquired by the company's unit, M Industrial Development, from Aura Muhibah for 273.9 million ringgit in cash, the filing said.Mah Sing plans to develop the site into MS Industrial Park @ Kulai, an integrated industrial development with an estimated gross development value of 2.26 billion ringgit.
