Malaysian Bourse OKs Listing of Up to 42.3 Million KSL Shares Under Dividend Reinvestment Plan

KSL (KLSE:KSL) said Bursa Malaysia Securities has approved the listing and quotation of up to 42.3 million new shares to be issued under the company's dividend reinvestment plan (DRP), according to a Wednesday Malaysian bourse filing.The approval, however, is subject to conditions including compliance with Bursa's listing requirements, notification upon completion of the DRP, confirmation of compliance with the approval terms, and payment of any additional listing fees.
