KSL (KLSE:KSL) fixed the issue price for new shares under its dividend reinvestment plan at 2.52 ringgit per share, according to a Monday Malaysian bourse filing.
The plan applies to the company's 0.10 ringgit final dividend, with the book closure date set for Aug. 7.
The issue price was based on the five-day volume-weighted average price of 2.8975 ringgit, less the dividend and a discount of about 9.92%.
The new shares issued under the plan are expected to be listed on Bursa Malaysia's Main Market on Sept. 7, subject to no unforeseen circumstances.
